Publishing and Archiving
There are statewide elevation data products available (DEMs, contours) as well as source elevation data (lidar point clouds). Some are available from the Montana Data List (the older coarser resolution data products); however, all of the USGS elevation data products and source datasets are available via The National Map. See the table below for a list of statewide elevation data available via the Montana Data List.
The MSDI Elevation dataset is not archived at the Montana State Library.
